Cancellation/Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if you don’t get approved by the provider practicing on the platform.

If you do get approved by our doctor, you can request a refund one business day before your application is submitted to the Arizona Department of Health. Refunds cannot be issued after your application is submitted to the Department of Health.
